Pat, Ok, so you think it's cold. Well, try spending 7 lonnnnnng years in Canberra, a place where winter stretches from April through to November. I can even recall using the central heating on Christmas Day. We do it easy here in the Sunshine State and I encourage you to continue to enjoy our crisp winter mornings because summer will be here before you know it. Photos and video (YES WE NOW HAVE VIDEO) from Tuesdays PCRG session can be viewed here. Photos and video from this mornings PCRG session can be viewed here. Andy Steele is inviting you to join him to welcome home the World Harmony Run team as they return to Brisbane on Friday, August 15 (tomorrow), after completing a 111-day, 15,000 km, journey around Australia.
If you didn't attend PCRG this morning I encourage you to make the trip to South Bank tomorrow morning. You won't regret it! Cheers Pat P.S. 1.24 and 2.10 pace runners required for Noosa Half. Please contact me via reply email if you can assist.
