Pat, Everyone is talking pb's! I'm pumped and also looking forward to seeing you being rewarded for your dedication and commitment of late @ tomorrow mornings PCRG 3k Time Trial. PCRG safety is an issue I will never fail to address. We have an obligation to the community to ensure we use the paths in a sensible/safe manner. Cyclist's wear lights so they can be seen - we need to do the same. Please make use of the PCRG safety lights that are available to be used throughout the warm up.
Any assistance that can be offered with tomorrow
morning's course mashalling will be greatly
appreciated.

Candy Wyatt (PCRG member) is presently completing her Masters of Public Health at the University of Queensland. For the dissertation component of her degree Candy is researching the interrelationship between physical activity, ultraviolet radiation and sun protection practices. Candy requires approximately 45 to 50 runners to help provide data for here study. Candy will be @ PCRG in the near future and more info on what will be required from you can be found here.
