|Accenture/PCRG Gold Coast 2008 campaign: April 15 - July 4|
A huge congratulations goes out to all of the PCRG members who were involved in yesterday's Mooloolaba Triathlon. Photos here.
We often sail through life taking a number of things for granted. Not only do we live in the best City in Australia but our State plays host to the three largest endurance events in Australia. The Noosa and Mooloolaba Triathlons are ranked 1 and 2 in Australia and the Gold Coast Airport Marathon is Australia's premier Marathon.
The Triathlon season has officially finished and we can all now set sail for Gold Coast. The Accenture/PCRG Gold Coast 2008 campaign will kick off in two weeks - April 15. More details soon.
Our monthly 3k Time Trial will take place tomorrow morning. I would appreciate any assistance that non participating PCRG members can offer with marshalling duties. Please remember to RUN SAFE and you can remind yourself of the PCRG Safety Rules here.
A number of PCRG members meet on Wednesdays and also on the weekends for a long training run. Everyone is welcome (non PCRG members included) to join these groups and there is no fee involved. Details here. We need to protect the lady's in our community and a group run is a far safer option than running alone.

Tomorrow morning you will be rewarded for all of your hard efforts of late. Falling short of your goal will inspire you to dig just that little bit deeper in future PCRG sessions. Either way you will walk away a winner!
Catch you in the morning.
This will keep you pumped for the Coast!
