It was a perfect autumn day and PCRG members made the most of the opportunity by knocking out some stellar performances. The eye of the tiger was evident in both my ghetto blaster and on the faces of everyone as they crossed the line. It was a fantastic morning and there are plenty more to come!
I received feedback from a number of PCRG members yesterday and when I get a chance I will post this feedback on my site. Leverne Hamilton summed up the morning (and PCRG ) perfectly:
I never thought that I would a) get so much out of running, b) run the pace I am! PCRG has turned running into a passion, not just a passtime.
Thanks Peni/Gary/Jean and Keith for ensuring Tuesdays 3k was conducted in a safe manner.
