  • Pat,

Alex Donaldson (PCRG member) is running in the Chicago Marathon in memory of her Father and was hoping you could help her make a difference. More here...

Photos from Tuesday’s session can be found here.

If you wish to represent PCRG in the coolnight classic you need to pay your entry fee ($10) @ training NO LATER than next Tuesday – Oct 17. Details below.

Congratulations to PCRG group members who excelled in Melbourne last weekend and also @ Raby Bay. To save myself from neglecting to mention someone I will have to leave it up to you to come to training and find out the results first hand.

What I will say though is that David Lang/ Liz Holbery and Dan Kelly are a whisker away (if there is such a saying) from running Sub 3/ Sub 4.30 and Sub 2 respectively and that Allyson is NOW a Marathoner. Keith Sullivan and Craig Rowley are still on cloud 9 as a result of their massive pb's and we all know that Jan is a machine and proved so in winning her age group @ Raby Bay.

There are drinks this Friday night @ The Ship Inn (details below) and catch you ALL in the morning for another great PCRG session.

    Cheers

    Pat

Noosa Triathlon - Less than 3 weeks to go!

One of the best Triathlons in the World takes place on our door step.
    Noosa Triathlon – October 29.

If you are not involved in the full Tri you could run the 10k leg in the team’s event.

You can advertise on the Noosa Triathlon site that you are looking for a cyclist and swimmer to make up a team. You will also find swimmers and/or cyclists searching for a runner.

PCRG Friday night drinks (THIS FRIDAY!!!!)

We have another PCRG Friday Night drinks coming up on Friday 13th from 5:30pm at the Ship Inn. If you would like to attend please RSVP by emailing Matt at puntermatt@hotmail.com or SMS 0438685390. This ensures that we can reserve a table to cater for us comfortably.

These sessions usually attract 15-20 Group members for relaxing drinks and dinner after work. You might pop in for an hour on your way home and enjoy a quick drink or start the weekend in style with a nice meal. This particular event is ideally timed and will allow those Melbourne Marathon and Half Marathon contestants to let their hair down whilst regaling the rest of us with their success stories.

    Hope to see you there!!

    Matt
