Well the group session was a little low in numbers this morning, possibly due to too many dagwood dogs consumed yesterday no doubt.
Tomorrow mornings session will consist of short sprints with a long recovery (Gardens). If you are running @ Noosa on Sunday the session will be an ideal one for you.
Yes, it's my birthday today and I wish to instigate a new PCRG policy. If you attend a PCRG session on your birthday the session will be free of charge. Group members are often the first people you mix with on your birthday and it would be a shame to not have your special day acknowledged. I enjoyed the birthday wishes I received from group members this morning. It was a great way to start ‘my’ day. Thank you!
To enable me to keep a record of birthdays, please feel free to email me your birth date (no need to submit your year of birth if you do not wish). Alternatively you can note your birth date on the s/s @ training.
Steve Grace is organising a get together @ Noosa:
Don't forget all the PCRGer's who will be in Noosa on Saturday, the 3rd Bledisloe Cup game will be on at 3.30pm. There will be a few of us meeting at the Reef Hotel (sports bar) at 3.30pm to watch the All Blacks complete the clean sweep against Australia. We will hang around after for dinner. If anyone would like to join us for dinner let me know Steve Grace firstname.lastname@example.org and I will book tables. It gets quite busy there. Plenty of pasta and wine to carb load for Sundays run.
All the best to everyone running @ Noosa and the PCRG canopy will prove to be an ideal meeting place for group members. I'm the mc for the day and I look forward to calling you across the line.
P.S. Do you know that it's impossible to fold a piece of paper 7 times? Go on try it!
