Pace runners required for Veridian Noosa Half Marathon - Aug 20:
If you would like to make a difference by helping fellow runners achieve their goal then being a pace runner will allow this to happen. You can apply here. Applications close Aug 7.
It was great to see so many group members back at training on Tuesday. We all put a great deal of energy into our Gold Coast campaign and with this in mind it is important to reassess where you are at with your running otherwise your motivation level may fall away.
The Group sessions can still make up the core part of your training week however for a few more weeks it may be advisable to reduce the volume of any additional runs to ensure your hunger returns fully.
The Noosa Half Marathon and 10k is a great event and I am sure PCRG will be putting in a strong showing.
If you have not been to Redcliffe for some time I can assure you it is well worth a visit. The Redcliffe Jetty to Jetty is on this Sunday and possibly I will see you there.
