  • Pat,

The last time you will be getting out of your comfort zone before Gold Coast will take place tomorrow morning at our 3K Time Trial. It would be fantastic if everyone could make a special effort to attend. Not only will the session be filmed (the resulting video being a feature at our Annual Dinner) but I have also enlisted the services of the drummers, Hugh and Sacha. The drumming will help get you fired up during the warm up as well as helping to bring you home over those last few hundred metres.

Dinner with Deek and Annual Dinner tickets are selling fast.

Mark Hewitt has placed a pair of his tights on ebay and the proceeds will be going to ‘Did Deep for Elaine’. Good on you Mark! Auction can be found here.

I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing all PCRG members improve over recent months. A group that not only has improved from a fitness perspective but also a group excited about the challenge which is about to take place. PCRG's motivation level is about to reach an all time high.

July 2 is just around the corner.

Catch you ALL in the morning.
