There were so many great performances in the 10k and Half Marathon @ Doomben on Sunday (photos here) that I am not going to attempt to recall them all. Everyone who ran deserves full credit. Craig Rowley summed the morning up perfectly with these few words.

We are well into the business end of our campaign and with less than 4 weeks to go every PCRG session will be crucial to your performance on July 2.
