Our monthly 3k Time Trial will take place tomorrow morning and will prove to be an ideal ‘pre race’ sharpener for PCRG members who are running in the Half Marathon or 10k @ Doomben this Sunday.

NB: You are unable to enter on race day @ Doomben. You can enter online, details below.

PCRG Gold Coast entries close this Friday (June 2).

Tickets for Dinner with Deek and PCRG Annual dinner are now available.

The Motivational seminar was a huge success and not only did Gerard inspire the best part of 100 people with his talk but he also set a 3k Treadmill (blind runner) World record of 9.09. This performance will be submitted to the ‘Alternative’ book of World records.

Gerard continued on to 5k which he covered in 15.45 and he just managed to win the challenge by a whisker.

Last month we had a record attendance at the 3k Time Trial. Following on from last Friday night’s successful seminar I anticipate an even stronger showing tomorrow morning.

No doubt WE will ALL be seeing YOU in the morning.

P.S. Less than 5 weeks to go!

    Motivational Seminar - Photos

Yes, I admit that I did enjoy myself slightly. You could say that I had a 'Super' time.

    Special thanks goes to:

    • Gerard Gosens
    • Heather & Jo from Devinity Beauty
    • Susan
    • Mark & David
    • Rob & Gary

The funds raised from the raffle came close to covering the expenses for the night and we raised $185 for Camp Quality via gold coin donations at the door and Gerard’s time prediction contest. Gerard & Devinty Beauty will be acknowledged by Camp Quality.

I will post your Gold Coast 2006 Goal on my site as well as on a board which will be displayed at the group sessions.

I encourage you to accept the challenge.

Please get out your diaries, your PATHWAY to success will involve these important dates.

Would you like to be a pace runner @ Gold Coast?

I thoroughly enjoy taking the Sub 3hr group at the Gold Coast Airport Marathon each year.

Pacing runners and helping them achieve their goal is a rewarding experience.

The 3hr journey and above moment at the finish line is what will motivate me to increase my running volume over the next 10 weeks.

    PCRG Annual dinner

Saturday-July 15-The Ship Inn-7pm $60 (two weeks after Gold Coast)

Imagine standing on the verandah at the dinner with a relaxing drink, looking down at where we meet throughout the year, rain/hail or shine.

    Pat Carroll Running Group Sponsorship
