Pat, This is just a brief note to advise that there will be a group session tomorrow morning – Anzac Day. A strong majority of the group are involved in this weekends Marathon/Half Marathon or 10k. This weeks PCRG sessions will be focussed on sharpening up. Catch you ALL in the morning. Cheers

Close to 20 runners attended the first Friday session. Steve and Donna were still recovering from the previous day’s hard session and joined us for the warm up and warm down. Maybe you can join us this Friday.

I will post your Gold Coast 2006 Goal on my site as well as on a board which will be displayed at the group sessions. I encourage you to accept the challenge. Please get out your diaries, your PATHWAY to success will involve these important dates.
I thoroughly enjoy taking the Sub 3hr group at the Gold Coast Airport Marathon each year.
Pacing runners and helping them achieve their goal is
a rewarding experience.
The 3hr journey and above moment at the finish line is what will motivate me to increase my running volume over the next 10 weeks.
