  • Pat,

This is just a brief note to advise that there will be a group session tomorrow morning – Anzac Day.

A strong majority of the group are involved in this weekends Marathon/Half Marathon or 10k. This weeks PCRG sessions will be focussed on sharpening up.

Catch you ALL in the morning.

    Cheers

    Pat

If you are attending a dawn service tomorrow morning you are more than excused for missing a group session.
During a trip to Thailand I visited a POW camp which housed Australians who worked on the Burma-Thailand railway.
This experience hit home to me that the men and woman who served our country in the ultimate way deserve total respect and to be remembered.
More on what these great Australians endured can be found here.

The first Friday session was a success!

Close to 20 runners attended the first Friday session.

Steve and Donna were still recovering from the previous day’s hard session and joined us for the warm up and warm down.

Maybe you can join us this Friday.

Did you get your photo taken last Thursday?

Yours truly 'attempting' to break open a book of tickets.

''Maybe you had better hold off on that phone book''

    Gold Coast 2006 - GOALS

I will post your Gold Coast 2006 Goal on my site as well as on a board which will be displayed at the group sessions.

I encourage you to accept the challenge.

Please get out your diaries, your PATHWAY to success will involve these important dates.

Would you like to be a pace runner @ Gold Coast?

I thoroughly enjoy taking the Sub 3hr group at the Gold Coast Airport Marathon each year.

Pacing runners and helping them achieve their goal is a rewarding experience.

The 3hr journey and above moment at the finish line is what will motivate me to increase my running volume over the next 10 weeks.

    Pat Carroll Running Group Sponsorship

Possibly you (or your company) would enjoy being a PCRG 'Countdown to Gold Coast' 2006 sponsor.

There are also opportunities available to be a naming rights sponsor for a PCRG post training session breakfast and/or a PCRG seminar.
