    If you're a running junkie you will love being involved in the (Canberra) Stromlo Running Festival (Feb 27 - March 1).

    The inaugural STROMLO Running Festival combines on-site camping and catering into a weekend 'Festival' that is not to be missed. The range of running events will provide something for everyone, from the complete beginner to Australia's elite athletes. So come and join Robert De Castella and be part of something amazing.

    I will be involved and possibly I will see you there. Full details here.

    PCRG Photos allow you to reflect back on a recent session and saving photos of yourself will be a great reminder as to how active you are at this point in time. The photos also allow your family members to share in your PCRG experience.

    I usually load the photos (post cappuccino) around 11am.
