If you have been contemplating joining PCRG or possible considering a return, the Tribetterealestate/PCRG Summer Series should be more than enough incentive required to find you arriving @ The Ship Inn around 5.30am.
The majority of us tend to thrive in a group environment and find it possible to venture into training zones that would not be possible alone.
A skill that you could try implementing during the core of tomorrow's PCRG session is to run in a relaxed state which also finds you applying yourself honestly. Getting the most out of yourself in a fast effort does not necessarily have to involve tensing your body to such an extent that you feel like are the Starship Enterprise travelling @ warp speed and in danger of breaking apart.
Try and focus on a runner infront of you that is travelling slightly faster. Make an effort to bridge the gap and then keep the very same distance while staying relaxed in your shoulders and reducing the sound of your breathing as much as possible. Stepping into this meditated type state will allow you to reach further within yourself.
When you are dealing with an issue at work this week there is a strong chance that the slightly fitter state (body & mind) you will be in, resulting from attending PCRG, will aid you greatly.
Catch you in the morning for a fantastic PCRG start to your day.
P.S. Considering I made a reference to Star Wars, and that it's almost Christmas:
Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker were having one of their little father and son chats. Lightsabers drawn and sparks flying. Vader pinned Luke against a bulkhead and glared into his face, "I know what you're getting for Christmas, Luke," he said, "Ohhh, yes! I know!"
Luke fought himself free and jumped to a higher platfrom just out of Vader's reach, "How do you know!?" Luke yelled at him, "How do you know what I'm getting for Christmas!?"
Darth Vader shot Luke an icey glare, "I felt your presents."
The most important thing is to sell your own home for the very best price possible and to achieve this in the quickest time. If you are waiting to move, or buy another property depending on the outcome of your own sale it is vital to have an agent who not only understands this but can also take positive action to ensure you realise your own dream.
