When I arrived at the Ship Inn on Tuesday morning @ 5.15am I was chatting to a runner (non PCRG member who always greets me with ''Giday Big Fella'') about how great the morning was and also how blessed we are to live in such a great country, and a great city.
I have always preferred to run in the morning, for some reason it always seemed to be the most appropriate time of day to work out. Having a clear conscience knowing you have exercised and being fuelled by that 'I worked out this morning feeling' throughout your day, can be a powerful thing.
Ensuring PCRG members have the ability to run in a non congested environment is one of my number one priorities.
If we abide by two simple rules throughout the core of the session everybody should be able to get a clear run and not feel like they are hemmed in.
I am always open to any ideas. Therefore please feel free to contact me via email or approach me @ PCRG if you wish to offer feedback regarding how the PCRG sessions are conducted.
Catch you tomorrow and or on Friday for a great PCRG session in a great City.
The most important thing is to sell your own home for the very best price possible and to achieve this in the quickest time. If you are waiting to move, or buy another property depending on the outcome of your own sale it is vital to have an agent who not only understands this but can also take positive action to ensure you realise your own dream.
