Our monthly 3k Time Trial will take place tomorrow morning and will serve as a true indicator as to how your fitness level is progressing. A similar performance to last month, or even an improvement, will signal that you are challenging yourself in the PCRG sessions of late. A below par performance will serve as a wake up call that will possibly help you to apply yourself just that little bit more in subsequent PCRG sessions.

The 3k Time Trial will also be an ideal hit out for anyone involved in this Sundays Noosa Triathlon.

PCRG Safety Rules can be viewed here.

There will be 80+ runners at tomorrow mornings 3k Time Trial and the only competitor you should be focussed on is yourself. Ideally you will venture out of your comfort zone and as a result you will discover just how tough you are!

Catch you in the morning for a fantastic PCRG start to your day!

    Cheers

    Pat
