Pat, My sincere apologies for not acknowledging Bette McGuane, John Searston and James Mansfield (and anyone else) in Mondays newsletter when it came to commending Coomera Triathlon competitors. To be on the safe side I won't signal out PCRG members involved in this Sundays Melbourne Marathon or Half Marathon because I am sure to forget someone. No doubt you will all have a great time and do your best when striving to achieve your goal. Sarah Bryden has finally broken 13min and struggled to get any work done on Tuesday due to the cloud 9 she was floating on. Good on you Sarah! Sarah took a moment to provide this brief feedback following her 12.36. Photos/ Results and Report from Tuesdays 3k Time Trial can be viewed here. For the past 12 months we have been privileged to be able to enjoy a complimentary breakfast courtesy of Majer Recruitment. Majer Recruitments 12 month agreement to sponsor the PCRG monthly breakfast comes to a close tomorrow and I would like to sincerely thank Majer Recruitment for being our PCRG monthly breakfast sponsor. I encourage you to make contact with Majer Recruitment if you are recruiting staff. Tomorrow mornings session will consist of a light 50min run followed by our NO WATCH 1k and of course finishing off with crepes @ The Ship Inn courtesy of (yes you guessed it) Majer Recruitment. Fridays PCRG session will involve 2min/1min and 30sec efforts in the Botanical Gardens. I hope you will be able to join me tomorrow morning and/or on Friday for another perfect PCRG start to your day. Cheers Pat
