Pat, On Saturday night I had dinner with a mate and 6 Kenyans who were running in the Sydney Marathon. I have met a few Kenyans in my time and can recall one occasion when a Kenyan asked me: 'Why do Australian men constantly tell their wives/partners that they love them.' Don't you do this I asked. My Kenyan friend replied with: 'We say it just the once and then there is no need to say it again because it has already been said.' I will stop now before I dig myself a deeper hole however to save myself Susan did recently share this comical (clean) relationship insight with me. Mike Hansen took the time to provide this feedback following his Sydney Marathon experience. Photos from Tuesdays PCRG session can be found here. The Coomera Half Ironman takes place this Sunday and all the best to Tori Hadley, Ian Perkins, Cassie Smith, John Searston, Gary Booth, Mike Smith, Fiona Winton, James Mansfield (and anyone else from PCRG). The Noosa Triathlon (Oct 4) is just around the corner and if you are not competing as an individual I encourage you to compete in a team. Individual entries have closed and team entries will be closing soon. If you would like to join a team there is a team matching page on the USM site here. Please contact me if you would like to make up a team consisting of PCRG members and I will advertise your availability in next Mondays newsletter. Catch you in the morning and/or on Friday for another motivating PCRG start to your day. Cheers Pat
