The Hunt Lawyers/ PCRG Gold Coast campaign was certainly eventful and I hope you have now fully recovered. Tuesdays PCRG session was the first time that it felt like everyone (including myself) was truly back on deck and I look forward to continuing to be your PCRG mentor.
To prevent the 'same old same old' feeling from setting in I will continue to involve new sessions and if possible new venues. As you are aware my responsibility to ensure the sessions are conducted safety is something I take seriously. It's therefore a shame that there are so many street crossings leading up to the new Qld University pedestrian bridge for this would prove to be another ideal PCRG training venue.
The Veridian Noosa Half Marathon and 10k will take place on Sunday week - August 19. I hope you will be able to make it because it's a top event and a number of PCRG members will be taking part. Please click here to view vacant pace runner postions.
I received feedback from a number of PCRG members post Gold Coast. To say that I was touched to receive the following is an understatement.
This is a final call for any funds you may be submitting for the PCRG Dig Deep for the Kids campaign. I hope to finalise funds raised by the end of this week. There will be an official presentation of funds raised to Childhood Cancer Support at the conclusion of a PCRG session in the near future. I hope to have this date locked in next week.
Catch you @ PCRG in the morning and/or on Friday for a perfect kick start to your day.
I hope to see you there!

If you fail to follow a sensible diet your body will not gain full benefit from all of those enjoyable and challenging runs and you won't recover as well as you possibly could.
