Conditions were tough during Tuesdays PCRG 3k Time Trial. Your confidence should not be dinted by the fact you did not achieve (or run close to) your pb because only a handful of PCRG members did just that.
If you paid me for your Gold Coast entry you will find confirmation that I have entered you here.
NB: It was a condition noted in your PCRG group entry that entering through me results in me collecting your race kit and having it available for collection @ PCRG next week or at the PatCarrollOnline.com booth at the Gold Coast Airport Marathon expo from 10am on Saturday June 30 and also on race morning. Your race kit will not be available for collection at any of the registration centres.
Booth Engineers & Associates PCRG/ Pre Gold Coast (pasta dinner): There are only five tickets remaining to be purchased for guests who will be dining inside. There are also an additional 20 tickets available however guests purchasing these tickets will be dining on the verandah. You can purchase your ticket online here or @ PCRG.
This is what Matt Phillips had to say after his 3k on Tuesday. I would also like to second Matt's compliments to the PCRG members who helped out on Tuesday. Thanks guys!
Well it's mighty chilly to say the least however we only get this a few days a year unlike our southern friends. Tomorrow mornings PCRG session will involve a light 50min run and will finish off with our NO WATCH 1k.
Fridays PCRG session will involve 6 x 200m, 30sec JR.
If it is cold AND WINDY in the morning what's the chance of you stepping out the door by yourself if you don't make the trip to South Bank? If the chance is slim I suggest you leave that snooze button alone and join me and your fellow PCRG members for an enjoyable way to get warm.
Catch you in the morning and/or on Friday.
P.S. Online entries for the Bridge to Brisbane are now open. Details here.
Thank you Hunt Lawyers for being a PCRG sponsor.
Yours truly (and an assistant) will perform a live call (video will be shown) of the last 15min of Kerryn's magnificent Melbourne Commonwealth Games win.

There will also be a charity auction with ALL proceeds going to Childhood Cancer Support. Please contact me if you (or your company) can graciously donate an auction item.
This is not an exclusive PCRG dinner. All members of the general public are welcome.
You trained well, braved the chilly winter mornings and applied yourself in either the 10k, Half Marathon or Marathon at the Gold Coast. Now for the celebration!
The PCRG Annual Dinner will be the ultimate way to put a close to your 2007 Gold Coast campaign and celebrate with fellow group members.
Maybe your spouse/partner/friend supported you throughout this period and it is hoped that she/he will be joining in this celebration.
