Pat, There are 40+ tickets remaining to be purchased for next weeks (Tuesday night) Booth Engineers & Associates PCRG Pre Gold Coast pasta dinner and if you are undecided I would like to encourage you to attend. Kerryn is making a special trip to Brisbane for the dinner before she returns to Sydney and travels back to the Gold Coast a few days later. It would be fantastic if we could show Kerryn (via a strong showing) that we appreciate the effort she will be making. Last years dinner featuring Rob De Castella was a huge success and I am confidant Kerryn's dinner will be just as great. You can purchase tickets online here or @ PCRG. Filming of the third PCRG video will take place tomorrow morning. The video will prove to be a memorable piece of footage that you (and family and friends) can view in years to come to remember what PCRG was all about and the integral part you played in PCRG's success. You have trained hard during the Hunt Lawyers/ PCRG Gold Coast campaign and tomorrow mornings 3k Time Trial will be our last solid session before the Coast. I would appreciate any assistance that can be offered by non participation PCRG members who will be able to act as course marshals. Please touch base with me in the morning if you can assist. Unfortunately I was struck down with a stomach bug and spent most of the weekend calling out to Hughie and Louie while I was driving the big white porcelain bus. That's life I guess! Being ill certainly makes you appreciate feeling 100% and thankfully as I type this I am just about there. Chances are you are healthy and injury free at present and feeling strong from all of your Gold Coast preparation. Please don't take the situation you are in NOW for granted. Yours truly (and an assistant) will perform a live call (video will be shown) of the last 15min of Kerryn's magnificent Melbourne Commonwealth Games win. Following this I will conduct a casual live chat (interview) with Kerryn. You will leave feeling pumped and ready to tackle Gold Coast! There will also be a charity auction with ALL proceeds going to Childhood Cancer Support. Please contact me if you (or your company) can graciously donate an auction item. You trained well, braved the chilly winter mornings and applied yourself in either the 10k, Half Marathon or Marathon at the Gold Coast. Now for the celebration! The PCRG Annual Dinner will be the ultimate way to put a close to your 2007 Gold Coast campaign and celebrate with fellow group members. Maybe your spouse/partner/friend supported you throughout this period and it is hoped that she/he will be joining in this celebration.
