During my running career I ran thousands of kilometres in the Daisy Hill State Forest, either on my own or running in a group. On Saturday morning I went to Daisy Hill State Forest and ran 90min with a few old running buddies. It was great to run over what still seem to be familiar tracks and the boyish banter was entertaining to say the least. I trust you also had an enjoyable running experience on the weekend and feel charged and ready to tackle the week ahead. Gold Coast is now less than 5 weeks away - Less than 4 weeks and 6 days to be precise! If you don't manage a pb tomorrow morning you will achieve everything as long as you cross the finish line knowing you gave everything. Catch you in the morning. Cheers Pat
Thank you Hunt Lawyers for being a PCRG sponsor.
Yours truly (and an assistant) will perform a live call (video will be shown) of the last 15min of Kerryn's magnificent Melbourne Commonwealth Games win. Following this I will conduct a casual live chat (interview) with Kerryn. You will leave feeling pumped and ready to tackle Gold Coast! There will also be a charity auction with ALL proceeds going to Childhood Cancer Support. Please contact me if you (or your company) can graciously donate an auction item. This is not an exclusive PCRG dinner. All members of the general public are welcome.
You trained well, braved the chilly winter mornings and applied yourself in either the 10k, Half Marathon or Marathon at the Gold Coast. Now for the celebration! The PCRG Annual Dinner will be the ultimate way to put a close to your 2007 Gold Coast campaign and celebrate with fellow group members. Maybe your spouse/partner/friend supported you throughout this period and it is hoped that she/he will be joining in this celebration.
