Pat, The PCRG Gold Coast rehearsal (June 9/10) will be an opportunity for you to get a feel for what it is like to run over part of (or all of) the Gold Coast course and to visualise achieving your July 1 goal. Cost will be $85 if you are willing to share (same gender or couples) or $135 if you prefer your own company. Dinner and Breakfast is included. The camp is to be held at the Runaway Bay Sports Super Centre. PCRG members arrive late Saturday a/noon and depart after breakfast the following morning. Please advise via return email if you wish to attend. I need to finalise numbers by next Tuesday. More details and names of PCRG members attending can be found here. The Booth Engineers & Associates/ PCRG Pre Gold Coast Dinner is to be held on June 26. It is the Tuesday night before Gold Coast and tickets will cost $40. There will be dips etc served on the veranda on arrival as well as a two course meal. Dual Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist 'Kerryn McCann' will be our special guest. There will also be a charity auction with all proceeds going to Childhood Cancer Support. I am therefore in need of items for the auction. Please contact me if you (or your company) will be able to graciously donate an auction item. The Gold Coast Airport Marathon/ Half Marathon and 10k is now less than 8 weeks away. It is encouraging to witness the excitement that is building within PCRG and I am trying my best to make this campaign informative (via the seminars and newsletters) exciting (via the prizes and dinners) and motivating (via the PCRG sessions). If you're ever in need of advice with regards to your campaign please call me on 0403 176672 or we can even go for a coffee following a PCRG session if that suits you. There are a number of PCRG members who missed Tuesday's session due to the fact it was raining!!!!!!!! Rain hail or shine I know where YOU will be tomorrow morning and/or on Friday. Catch you then. The "Pentath-Run" Will be held on 19 and 20 May strategically placed three weeks before the Lest We Forget Run and six weeks before the Gold Coast Marathon. The five races of the Warwick Pentath-Run are all held within the shire of Warwick, two hours south-west of Brisbane, along the Cunnighham Highway.
