Due to the weather, attendance at Tuesdays PCRG session was cut by 50%. The light drizzle was refreshing and if you skipped Tuesdays session opting for a warm bed instead I strongly recommend that you join us next time the sky opens up.
Steve Farne Sang drove to Tuesdays PCRG session singing ‘Raindrops keep falling on my head’ and he ended up totally enjoying the session. This is what Steve had to say while his endorphins were still running rampant.
Agenda for Friday nights BRG’s 3k challenge:
Light snacks will be provided and you will be able to purchase a drink from the bar. There will be a raffle and auction to help cover the costs for the night. Any surplus money will be donated to Camp Quality.
The night has no official finish time and you may wish to bring a change of clothes and enjoy a meal at The Ship Inn later.
I will greatly appreciate if you could make the effort to be a part of PCRG’s team on Friday night. The Brisbane Running Groups 3k challenge will also serve as an ideal opportunity to celebrate the success of the Adidas Sunglasses PCRG Summer Series while enjoying a fun social night with your fellow PCRG members.
Tomorrow mornings session will be not be a taxing one. Steve Farne Sang and I will be there rain/hail or shine and I hope you will be joining us.
NB: There won't be a PCRG session this Friday morning!
