time and I'm as proud as punch to announce that a
record number of 102 people attended
PCRG session. I am excited by the fact PCRG is

in certain sessions becoming congested (not
forgetting the safety issue).
The IWD (International Womans Day) 5km is to be held on March 4. The course starts at Southbank Parklands and goes over the goodwill bridge and through the botanical gardens and back again. The first 1000 entrants will receive a free race shirt and details about the IWD 5k can be found here.

To make it interesting volunteers are invited to dress in a theme, or wigs or something fun! Please contact Claire via email: Claire.email@example.com or simply touch base with Claire (she's the loud one) @ training if you are able to volunteer.
