Pat, PCRG is a Brisbane (South Bank) based community running group. I founded PCRG in 2004 at a time when attendance at sessions would not exceed 20 runners. PCRG now has over 200 members and each session attracts up to 100 runners. A recent PCRG session (Feb 6) was recorded on video and I have loaded the video onto my site.
