The Triathlon season is just around the corner and it's great to see diehard Triathlete's returning to PCRG to hone their speed.
A strong contingent of PCRG runners will be running in the Melbourne Marathon and Half Marathon on October 12. With this in mind I have decided to hold our next 3k Time Trial next Tuesday - September 30.
Please run safe and always be bike aware: Please ensure you run no more than 2 abreast when warming up and warming down during a PCRG session. We are fortunate to be able to make use of the many paths our great City has on offer and we need to be constantly aware that cyclist have an equal right to make use of the very same paths.
