Pat, Yes it was a tad chilly this morning and I'm confident the reason attendance was slightly on the low side was due to members still recovering from Doomben. PCRG members never take the SOFT OPTION! A suggestion was made post Gold Coast last year about how PCRG T Shirts for family members/supporters would be an advantage. Possibly you would like your supporters to wear a PCRG top. I will therefore be placing an order for "cotton" T Shirts with a "LARGE" PCRG on the front. Sorry I had a mishap with my

The easiest way to step out the door when the conditions are challenging is to simply not think about it. Often all you need is a light jacket to initially keep you warm and even on the coldest of days you'lll you'll need to discard this after 15min or so. Distance running is a challenging sport and we stare each challenge in the face with a conquering attitude! Distance running enables us to be a stronger individual in many ways.
