Allyson Lindsay is a late minute withdrawal from this Sundays Sydney Half Marathon. Allyson's accommodation is on offer: 1 bedroom apartment available at AEA Bridgeport Apartments which is located in the Sydney CBD. It is currently available for both the Saturday and Sunday nights (17 and 18 September) - both nights is $360 or just the one night is $180. You can contact Allyson via: shoe_gal_74@hotmail.com PCRG Pilates: If we get 15 people the price will stay at $10 per class ($100 for the 10 week course), if we have less than 15 people the price will be $15 per class ($150 for the 10 week course). I caught a post on facebook recently which involved X noting: "Nothing like having a great running session in the bank before work on a Tuesday !! Now I'm in the right head space for the rest of today!" I'm not for one second stating that a run is the be all to end all when it comes to restoring peace within, but I do know that it works for me.
