Having a breather from PCRG 3k Time Trials obviously works a treat. 110 members attended Tuesdays 3k, delivering 22 personal best times. Subsequent Pre Gold Coast 3k Time Trials will be held on Tuesday April 5/May 3 and June 7. I'm contemplating not involving any 3k Time Trials in the 2nd half of the year, hence making the 3k Time Trials a specific Pre Gold Coast focus.

PCRG/Gold Coast charity: Please advise via reply email (by Monday March 7) if you wish to nominate a charity. Feel free to provide wording to help get your charity across the line.

The first or 5 Gold Coast Airport Marathon online training video's (with yours truly at the helm) has been loaded online, and maybe it's time I had a Botox Jab.

PCRG Pilates Class: Who's up for it? This is pie in the sky stuff but if there're enough takers I'll arrange the rest. Please advise via reply email if you're keen as mustard. I'm suggesting an 8 week Pre Gold Coast period and we can access a studio @ New Farm.

Australian Masters Athletic Championships will be held in BrisVegas April 21-24. Details here.

Just a reminder re Pre Gold Coast events. First cab off the rank is the Twilight Half Marathon/10k on March 20.

The event I would like everyone to lock in is the Noosa Half/10k on May 22.
