We certainly have had a trying start to the year. My thoughts are with our neighbours across the Tasman.
PCRG get-together will take place tomorrow night (Friday) @ The Ship Inn. We'll be dining where we meet post PCRG @ 6.30 and Sally Garrard will be providing you with some valuable Nutrition/Hydration tips @ 7.30. It's cool if you would like to skip dinner and attend the talk. Possibly there's something you would like Sally to discuss. If so feel free to advise me such via email. No charge for the talk and dinner is just a matter of selecting from The Ship Inn menu. PCRG members will receive a 20% meal discount and a 10% drink discount.
We need to lock in a charity beneficiary for PCRG's Gold Coast 2011 campaign. You're welcome to email me your suggestion. I will in turn compile a list and invite all PCRG members to cast their vote. Previous PCRG Charity campaigns can be viewed here.
