Ok, it seems as if winter is just around the corner and I encourage you to stay true over the next 8 weeks. Once Gold Coast has been run you'll be able to put your feet up because PCRG will not be taking place for 2 weeks immediately following Gold Coast. This next 8 week period will test your strength of character, your level of commitment & dedication and will be an opportunity for you to prove to yourself just how tough you are. Wear a warm top to South Bank and leave it in my car or leave it on for the warm up. I can assure you that after 10min running you'll want to flick the warm top, and you're welcome to leave it in my buggy and collect back @ The Ship Inn. So, simply get out of bed and make the trip to South Bank minus weighing up what the conditions might be like OR stay in your soft bed and enjoy your soft decision!
