Pat, Those of you who know me well will have a solid feel for how I acknowledge the fact that life's here to be appreciated and that running is "one way" that "true runners" embrace what we've been blessed with. Yeah I know: "That's pretty deep for a Wednesday morning Pat - Whatz Up?" Nothings up at all, I just wanted to share a sincere thought prior to putting myself out there for you to have a laugh at - a yin/yang thing. Bruce Hargreaves recently uploaded 1985 footage/interview involving yours truly.
Enjoy - here it is. I'm on an early flight the next 2 Fridays and will not be able to attend PCRG. I'm off to Ayres Rock for the Outback Marathon this Friday and City to Surf obligations the following Friday. PCRG WILL still take place though. Matt Phillips will be in control. Matt has a heart of GOLD and I can assure you that you'll be in good hands. All the best if you're running in the Brisbane Marathon/Half Marathon or 10k on Sunday.
