Michelle Perks perfectly summed up Tuesdays 3k Time Trial:
I just wanted to let you know how much we (Anna, Bec and I) enjoyed the time trial today. We were still on a high at 5.30 tonight. What impressed us today was the incredible support everyone gave to each other regardless of their ability. Today Matt overheard Anna and I talking to the twins about wanting to break our time of 13.27 and try for a 12 something. Out of nowhere Matt offered to run the whole 3k with us despite being much faster. There is no way I could have achieved 12.47 without him. I thought I was almost going to die at the end but Matt talked us through with some useful tips and we did it! We really appreciated Matt's help and you really have managed to gather a great group of people.
