|Laing O'Rourke/PCRG Gold Coast 2009 Campaign|
PCRG Monday 5.40am sessions will kick in on April 20 and will continue until the week of the Gold Coast Airport Marathon.
PCRG members meet outside of PCRG - how amazing is that! You're more than welcome to join various groups on their Wednesday/Saturday and Sunday "comfortable paced" runs.
You will find a number of groups noted here and please touch base with the group leader via email to ensure run details have not changed.
HELP!!!! I welcome you to record my mobile number on your phone (0403 176672) and by all means call me if there is anything you wish to discuss about your running/Gold Coast campaign.
In the past I have held an injury prevention talk and a nutrition talk involving guest lecturers. A number of new people have joined PCRG of late and possibly there is a calling for such an evening. We can hold it mid-week @ The Ship Inn. If you are keen please tick YES on this survey.
If you're running on Sunday evening I'll catch you there and have a ripper of a weekend.
