Pat, Congratulations to all of the PCRG runners who were involved in the Canberra Marathon/10k. Enjoy a well earned break from PCRG and we hope to see you all in a couple of weeks. Injury Prevention and Nutrition talk will take place @ The Ship Inn tonight.
It's an informal night. Everyone is more than welcome and I hope you can make it. PCRG/Gold Coast 2009 Singlet's and Bra Tops: Please make payment by no later than this Friday please - April 24. If you ordered a singlet your name will appear on this list and if so payment is owing, unless you have already done so. If you're unable to attend PCRG for a few weeks I will hold your singlet or post to you for an additional $8. Payment details can be found here. It's imperative that you are comfortable with your singlet and you are welcome to exchange for another size, you will need to be quick though. I have ordered additional singlets and these can be ordered/purchased via reply email or @ PCRG. Some PCRG sessions tend to click more than others. I don't know about you but I felt everything went smoothly this morning and it was certainly a fantastic way to start the day. Your feedback is welcome.
