    • I'm involved in Sundays Noosa Triathlon and keen to belt out a solid pre race 3k.
    • I'm curious to see where my current fitness level is at.
    • I'm keen to knock out a pb.
    • I'm not placing any pressure on myself @ present and would like to pace a fellow PCRG member.
    • Tuesday morning - where else would I want to be!

    Tomorrow mornings PCRG 3k Time Trial will satisfy your needs if you fit into one of the above mentioned categories.

    Any assistance non participating PCRG members can offer to ensure the session is conducted in a safe manner will be greatly appreciated. PCRG safety rules can be viewed here.

    Friday November 7 @ 7pm is the date that proved to be the most popular to view the movie - Spirit of the Marathon @ The Dendy - Portside. I hope you will be able to attend.

    Over 100 people completed the PCRG survey - thank you. If you have not completed the survey you can still do so here. I will release the results next week.

    As you are well aware I take numerous photos throughout the PCRG sessions. I'm curious to discover if this service is well received. Yes, you guessed it - another survey. It's just one question though and here it is.
