  • Pat,

Small dilemma: Spirit of the Marathon - 7pm - this Friday night (Nov 7). I contacted the Dendy Portside and was advised that the Spirit of the Marathon will be screening in the 48 seat cinema. With this in mind I ask that you RSVP immediately via reply email to reserve your seat. Please advise if you will be bringing a partner.

NB: If you reply I will assume you are locked in.

Photos from this mornings PCRG session can be viewed here.

PCRG ongoing feedback: When I get a chance I will get back to you with the survey results. I have established a permanent "anonymous" feedback form on my site. You will find it on the PCRG page - left hand side - orange buttons - Submit Feedback. This feedback form will be beneficial if you ever attend a PCRG session and feel the session could have been conducted differently or alternatively attend a session and wish to convey how much you enjoyed your PCRG experience. Your valuable feedback will ensure future PCRG sessions are enjoyable and rewarding.

Ok, maybe you are feeling a tad tired after this mornings session:

    • It's a good tired though!
    • When you take a deep breathe you feel like you almost take in enough oxygen for two people.
    • You feel ready to take on any challenge - your mind is clear.
    • You feel healthy and the Melbourne Cup treats are going to be well deserved.

Have a great one and catch you Thursday and/or Friday!

    Cheers

    Pat
