I spent the best part of 2hrs editing a video taken at yesterday's PCRG session and then spent the best part of 2 seconds "completely" deleting it from my HD. Not to worry life goes on and I did take a few ripper photos.
Often it's the aftermath that surpasses the run itself. A quick dip in the South Bank pool - a refreshing drink and a cold shower at home.
