Pat, 2014 will be here before we know it & I'm looking forward to guiding runners via online coaching & PCRG, as well as being vocal as a race announcer at numerous events around our great land - oh...I also have an annual race announcing gig in Vietnam (stay tuned for more details re the "Danang Marathon"). Commencing your 2014 campaign ASAP allows for a "gradual" increase in training volume and intensity = reduced interruption (possible injury and/or fatigue) = consistency = all you need to be the "best that you can be".
The Gold Coast Airport Marathon will take place in 30 weeks (as of Dec 9) and I hope you'll be locking this great event into your 2014 race calendar.
