|Ai Group/PCRG Gold Coast 2012 Campaign|
Where were you yesterday?
If you opted for a sleep in - well you might as well check out above mentioned to help give your running mojo a kick along.
The PCRG/Gold Coast 2012 Team is locked in at 223 members. I'll be collecting "everyone's" race number and in turn you can collect:
Our "Dig deep for Harri" campaign is going great guns and we're almost ¼ of the way there with $4,700.
It's fair to say that we're often approached online by friends/work colleagues who invite donations for a worthy cause. I encourage you to jump on board our campaign and free yourself of the reluctance to send out "yet another" fundraising email. All charities deserve a go and there's a strong chance your friends will be more than happy to donate $10. Will they be offended by your email? I doubt it. Harri and his family have been challenged and if PCRG doesn't lend a hand - who will?
19 PCRG members have signed up online and our team is 223 strong. All you need to know about signing up online (10 for 10) can be found here.
Just one final Charity related mention: Auction Items required for the Pat Farmer gig. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated and also greatly "acknowledged" at the dinner. Please advise via reply email if you can donate an item.
Massage: I have a limited number of 50% discount massage vouchers with Anthony Larsen who works out of Camp Hill and also Adelaide St. Please hit me up for a voucher @ PCRG.
Catch you in the am and/or on Friday. Honestly - the end result far outweighs the initial effort.
PCRG members DON'T hesitate when it comes to bouncing out of bed!

The year was 1996 and at the time the convenience food market was overflowing with cheap and nasty 'junk' food. There was a real need for change, and it came from the relaxed and leafy suburb of Kenmore in Brisbane's west - the location of the very first Pizza Capers kitchen.
Thank you Pizza Capers for being a PCRG sponsor.

I met Ron Hill pre 1986 London Marathon - Ron is a true legend! This meeting encouraged me to try "Hilly Socks" some 25 years later. I'm particularly impressed with the Mono Skins and can honestly say they're the best fitting sock I've ever worn.
Hilly Socks are professionally made with comfort second to none!
