I'm running in the Gold Coast Half Marathon and
PCRG
If we don't help Harri and his family - who will? )

Pat,

It's invaluable how running enriches our lives. The shot taken above was recently taken at PCRG. A moment frozen in time showing an "endorphin synced" Matt/Tom/Tess and Mark.

The below shot was also taken at PCRG and features Harri Creevey. Another moment frozen in time, depicting a young boy, temporarily void of his debilitating condition.

Harri was bitten by a mosquito at age 3 and became very ill with Murray Valley Encephalitis. Harri (lives in Tarragindi/Brisbane) now has spasticity quadriplegia, leaving him reliant on others for communication, food, mobility, bathing, positioning and toileting, and thus requires constant supervision.

At PCRG we not only make a difference with our own lives but each year at this time we do our best to help others in conjunction with our Gold Coast Airport Marathon campaign. We're raising funds to purchase Harri an all-terrain wheel chair and to update his everyday wheel chair. 20k is our goal and current tally is $7,390.

I'm therefore inviting you to sponsor my Gold Cost run. I'll be running as a 1.40 pacer in the Half. A $10 sponsorship will be superb.

You can help make a difference to Harri's life by sponsoring me here and a tax deductible receipt will automatically be emailed to you.

You can jump on board the "Dig deep for Harri" campaign here.

Sincerely

Pat Carroll
