Gold Coast was great and I trust you've taken advantage of some "down time" since. Photos here.
Simon Tepoorten took a number of "professional photos" and Simon is more than happy to email you a "free" full res copy of your photo. All you have to do is "LIKE" Simon's facebook page and request a photo. You can view Simon's photos here.
Gold Coast lost property: If you left something in the tent - I'll have it @ PCRG over the next week or so.
PCRG will be back on deck tomorrow morning and will involve a "light" post Gold Coast session with a longer warm up - a few sprints and a short warm down.
Here's the course: Ship Inn - Kangaroo Point Cliffs - jazz club - under Story Bridge - Dockside - over Story Bridge/City side - Gardens via boardwalk - path beside freeway - Vic Bridge - finish @ Ferris Wheel for "low key" sprints.
"Dig deep for Harri" Possibly you've raised funds "offline". If so here're the options re submitting funds. We're keen to lock in an official fund raising figure therefore it would be great if you could submit funds ASAP.
Post Gold Coast celebration/dinner: It's going to happen - stay tuned!
Pat Farmer books: A number of people (possibly 8) at the Pat Farmer gig paid for one of Pat's books and are yet to receive a book. Unfortunately we lost record of who's owed a book and to further complicate the issue Pat's out of stock. Please contact Kim Harland immediately if you require a refund otherwise we'll forward funds to Luke's family. KHarland@finh.com
Catch you in the am for an overdue opportunity to catch up with your PCRG pals.

The year was 1996 and at the time the convenience food market was overflowing with cheap and nasty 'junk' food. There was a real need for change, and it came from the relaxed and leafy suburb of Kenmore in Brisbane's west - the location of the very first Pizza Capers kitchen.
Thank you Pizza Capers for being a PCRG sponsor.

I met Ron Hill pre 1986 London Marathon - Ron is a true legend! This meeting encouraged me to try "Hilly Socks" some 25 years later. I'm particularly impressed with the Mono Skins and can honestly say they're the best fitting sock I've ever worn.
Hilly Socks are professionally made with comfort second to none!
