Pat, 2013 will be here before we know it & I'm looking forward to guiding runners via online coaching & PCRG, as well as being vocal on race day at numerous events around our great land. The Gold Coast Airport Marathon will take place in 30 weeks and I hope you'll be locking this great event into your 2013 race calendar.

2013 will also find the City2Surf show coming to Brisvegas with the "City2South". The 14k event will take place 3 weeks prior to Gold Coast and will serve as an ideal pre Gold Coast fitness indicator. Take advantage of the special City2South early bird offer.
