LOCK IN YOUR
2007 Gold Coast Goal

The time has arrived for you (PCRG
members) to lock in your Gold Coast goal.
You may set yourself goal A - to
run Sub 3.30 for the Marathon and goal B - to run Sub 3.40. Your Half
Marathon goal may involve goal A - to break 2 hrs and goal B -
to break 2.10. If you're involved in the 10k your goal A may be
to run Sub 50min and goal B - Sub 55. Possibly you have never
run a Marathon or Half Marathon before and your sole goal may be
to finish.
Being involved in the
Marathon/ Half Marathon or 10k and enjoying the experience
should be your main objective. Locking in your Gold Coast goal
will ensure you take a challenging and rewarding path on July 1.
