Just a final
word to you and the group Pat to say what an amazing 3 week send
off. Quite emotional yesterday with the final run and approx 20
people turning up to have brekkie with us.
I am deeply
honoured and privileged to have been part of such a special
group.
There have been
so many friendships made that I am scared to mention any names
with the thought of missing any out. Love you all and hope to
see the PCRG spirit remain with many years to come.
I have been
thinking of a motto to leave with you and the group.
Tess had the
"Tessup" (Group pushups after the sessions).
I leave PCRG
with " Encourage and Inspire".
This
encompasses all that PCRG is.
