Please see me at a later date to collect your medal if you are unable to attend. _______________________________ Margaret Williams, Mike Robinson and Damien Fall are the joint winners for the November PCRG Group Member of the Month Award. _____________________________________________ Margaret ran her debut PCRG 3k of 14.14 in March and has been trying to break 14min ever since. Marg ran brilliantly in this months 3k and delivered a huge pb - 13.47.
___________________________________________ Mike ran his debut PCRG 3k of 10.56 in February 2006 and has only been absent from 5 Time Trials since. Mike definitely gives his all in every PCRG session and I was pleased to see him rewarded with a pb on Tuesday - 10.05!

Damien - well how can
I say anything about Damien without mentioning his gallant
finish at this years Gold Coast Airport Marathon. Unfortunately
Damien needed medical assistance and in the process had his PCRG
singlet cut away from him. If you look closely at the singlet he
is wearing in the below photo you will see the ''singlet scars''
which Damien now proudly displays. Damien has run a personal best at
every PCRG 3K he has attended and a Sub 10 is definitely on the
cards next time round:
