Anne Ryan, Wayne Ralph and Michael Hansen are the joint winners for the December PCRG Group Member of the Month Award.

Anne ran 13.01 in her debut PCRG 3k Time Trial in September and now has a 12.21 to her credit.

There is no doubting that Anne truly ''puts in'' and a picture paints a thousand words:

Wayne is a long term member of PCRG and recently placed 2nd in the Toowoomba Half Marathon. I admire the passion Wayne openly displays with regards to his running and he often races in events, forever driven to knock out a pb.

Michael Hansen ran his debut PCRG 3k Time Trial in June 2005 (11.46) and now has a fresh pb of 10.38.

PCRG was responsible for Mike becoming a ''born again runner'' and his enthusiasm is greater than ever before. Mike also put a great deal of energy into PCRG's 2007 Dig Deep for the Kids campaign.

Good on you Mike for being an achiever AND a team player!
