This is long overdue! A focused individual but at the same
time supportive of others. If you check out the
May 3k TT video you will notice Dave encouraging runners
home following his fresh 10.03 pb.

What a difference a month can make! In the above photo Matt
Phillips was disgusted with his Twilight Half Marathon
performance. Turn the clock forward one month and he's on cloud
9 with his 9.34!
