It is always great to witness long term (2+ years) PCRG members run a personal best time. Not only does this show that the benefits of PCRG can carry on for as long as one desires but also the fact that you never really know when you have reached your peak level of fitness. Maintain a consistent training workload and the results can continue to flow. 

It therefore gives me great pleasure in announcing that 3 long term members of PCRG ran pb’s at this months 3k Time Trial. Tammy Booth 12.03 – Dan Kelly 12.47 and Keith Sullivan 11.26 are all to be congratulated on being the joint winners for May’s ‘PCRG - Group Member of the Month Award’.
