Christelle ran her PCRG 3k debut in January (15.59) and now has a fresh 14.09 3k pb. Christelle is running the Half Marathon at the Coast and this will be the first time Christelle will cover 21.1k. PCRG wishes you all the best for July 1 Christelle!
Craig Rowley ran his PCRG 3k debut in October 2005 (12.03) and now has a fresh 3k pb of 11.00. Thanks for your continued loyalty to PCRG Craig and congratulations on a well earned pb!
Mark Hewitt has not missed
a PCRG 3k Time Trial since his debut run in June 2006 (11.43).
No doubt Mark is still on a high having just broken 11min for the
